When a browser is said to be caching a webpage it means that the page was previously retrieved and is displaying the older version. This causes problems when the page is updated and a previous visitor isn't able to see the update because their browser is caching the older page. The solution to this problem is to refresh your page. If this still doesn't work, you will have to go into your browser's settings and clear your browsing history.
