Content Delivery Networks (CDNs)
Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), or sometimes called content distribution networks (CDNs), are large distributed systems of servers deployed in multiple data centers across the Internet. CDNs serve content to end-users with high availability and high performance. CDNs serve a large portion of the Internet content. This content includes text, graphics, scripts, fonts, files, software, documents, applications, live streaming media, on-demand streaming media, and social networks.
