End-Line Wiring

End-line wiring is a method of wiring a switch box. Power is first ran to the light (or other electrical device). Then power is sent to the switch box. When the switch is turned on, power continues to flow back to the service panel on the white neutral wire. There should only be one cable going into a end-line switch box. You can compare end-line wiring to through-switch wiring.
