The JavaScript FileReader object has an abort() method included with it. Use this method to abort a read operation. This method sets the readyState to DONE, result to null, and error to a fileError object with a code of FileError.ABORT_ERR. Then finally, it fires an abort event and a loadend event. The abort event is triggered each time the reading operation is aborted.
