Django Commands: python manage.py runserver

Run the

python manage.py runserver

command from the second nested your_project/ directory. This will start your Django development server, a lightweight web server written purely in Python. This is included with the installation of Django and is not meant to be a production server. Navigate your browser to http://127.0.0.1:8000/ to make sure it worked. You should see a "Welcome to Django" page. Here is the output from the python manage.py runserver command:
