When doing electrical work it is important that you use the right tools that are resistant to electrical shock. These tools will have thick rubber handles and are specifically designed for electrical use. Also, it is a great idea to make use of an electrician's tool belt.

An electrician's belt can separate your electrically safe tools from your regular tools. Also, using an electrical belt will save you time and hence help keep you focused. Distractions can be dangerous, because making mistakes while doing electrical work can result in personal injury or injuring someone else.
