Magnetic flux is usually given the symbol: Φm. It is a measurement of the amount of magnetic B field (magnetic flux density) passing through a given surface (such as a conducting coil). The SI unit for magnetic flux is the weber (Wb). This can be derived units from your volt-seconds. The CGS measurement unit for magnetic flux is the maxwell.
